How the translation fee is determined?

We offer very competitive price for our customers. The pricing scheme consists of the following elements,

-	Basic rate(English to Chinese): US$3.0 cent per English word (As a rough estimation, a text-only singl-side document page in MS Word format on A4-size paper with single-line spacing, 11pt font, 1" margin at four sides, and average content complexity, costs about US$20)
-	Basic rate(Chinese to English): US$2.5 cent per Chinese character (As a rough estimation, a text-only singl-side document page in MS Word format on A4-size paper with single-line spacing, character size #4-, 1" margin at four sides, and average content complexity, costs about US$30)
-	Up to 50% increase on the basic rate for increased content technical complexity.
-	The above rate includes normal text-only document typing and setting.

How to submit documents for translation?

Wherever you are, your documents for translation can be easily sent to us in several ways including email, fax or post. In fact, electronic transfer of documents via Internet is most efficient.
